Schweinsbraten (Roast Pork)

Schweinsbraten (Roast Pork) is one of the most traditional dishes in Austria.

Usually the Schweinsbraten is made of the shoulder, the neck or the ham, garnished with caraway and roasted in the oven until the rind becomes crispy.
