Cordon Bleu

Cordon Bleu is almost the same like Viennese Schnitzel.

The only difference is filling of ham and cheese. There are two slices of meat filled with cheese and a slice of ham.

Cordon Bleu is a very important dish in Austrian restaurants. It's very seldom that you could not find a Cordon Bleu in the menu of a good Austrian restaurant.



Cordon Bleu with rice and potatoes. It's often also served with french fries as side dish.
